Event Overview

Welcome to the Merry Learners STEM Workshops! We are thrilled to provide an engaging and inspiring experience for young minds through a variety of exciting STEM activities. We kindly ask that you review the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. By making payment, you agree to these booking conditions.

Eligibility

This event warmly welcomes all primary school children aged 5 to 9 years.

Registration and Payment

To secure your child’s place, please book in advance through our online registration system. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to book and pay at your earliest convenience! Currently, we do not accept cash or card payments on-site. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your booking.

Health and Safety

Your child’s safety is our top priority. We kindly ask that you disclose any medical conditions or allergies during the registration process. Merry Learners is committed to maintaining a safe environment, so please inform us if your child requires an Epipen or has other medical requirements. In case of an emergency, our qualified first aider will provide immediate care, and we will not hesitate to contact emergency services if necessary.

Code of Conduct

We believe in creating a respectful and welcoming atmosphere for everyone involved. Participants are encouraged to treat staff and fellow attendees with kindness. We will use positive reinforcement to promote good behaviour, and any disruptive conduct may result in an early pickup from the event. Merry Learners wholeheartedly supports the Children’s Rights Charter and implements positive behaviour management strategies to foster respect for ourselves and others at all times.

Photography and Media Release

We’re excited to have you join us at our event! By attending, you’re giving us permission to take photos or record moments that we can share on our social media. As a company in its early stages, capturing these moments really helps us grow and connect with our community. If you'd prefer your child not to be in any photos, no worries at all—just let us know before the event, and we’ll make sure to respect your wishes. Thanks for being part of our journey!

Cancellations

In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or health advisories, we will reschedule the event and inform our attendees of the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will happily provide you with a session voucher to use for a future Merry Learners event. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, we are happy for you to send someone in your place—just get in touch to ensure we get their details!
